Alerts and Escalation
Notifications are programmable at user level with respective escalation time. So for example, a machine is not working, if the shop maintenance engineer does not put it online, the alert is issued to the next superior. Same applies to customer complaints, where in if a technician does not attend to a custome for 2 hours, the same is escalated to the service manager. The alerts can also be sent by emails.
Data Export
All the data can be easily exported to a CSV, MS Excel file for integration on customised report or presentations. Each data list has an "Export" button which exports the list data as a file.

Manage multiple locations with ease with KKE Manage. The basic module itself supports multiple locations and location wise access to users. For ex. an employee a part of a particular location cannot login once the location is marked as closed. An employee cannot access the ERP from outside location even if the location is marked as open.
Hardware Independence
An internet browser is the only software required on a client PC, this makes KKE Manage almost a hardware independent software on client side. This means that you can still use your old computers , thus keeping your implementaion cost low.
Global Access
