Alerts and Escalation

Notifications are programmable at user level with respective escalation time. So for example, a machine is not working, if the shop maintenance engineer does not put it online, the alert is issued to the next superior. Same applies to customer complaints, where in if a technician does not attend to a custome for 2 hours, the same is escalated to the service manager. The alerts can also be sent by emails.

Data Export

All the data can be easily exported to a CSV, MS Excel file for integration on customised report or presentations. Each data list has an "Export" button which exports the list data as a file.

Associations

KKE Manage supports associations where you can associate items with other items. These are helpful is finding associated stores item numbers with a design assembly, or a production jobcard with a customer order, delivery packing list, etc. It maintains a trail of information required for tracking information from the ERP.

Collaboration

KKE Manage supports XML based API which helps you to collaborate all your other applications with KKE Manage. For example, your vendors can login into your ERP to quote for certain items, despatch status, etc. Your customers can download brochures , pricing, get online quotations, etc.

Multiple Locations (Secure Handling)

Manage multiple locations with ease with KKE Manage. The basic module itself supports multiple locations and location wise access to users. For ex. an employee a part of a particular location cannot login once the location is marked as closed. An employee cannot access the ERP from outside location even if the location is marked as open.

Hardware Independence

An internet browser is the only software required on a client PC, this makes KKE Manage almost a hardware independent software on client side. This means that you can still use your old computers , thus keeping your implementaion cost low.

Global Access

Top level management or those approved can access KKE Manage from anywhere in the world, enabling them to carry out their roles even if they are in a meeting abroad. For ex. A purchase order requires an approval as its beyond Purchase Managers approval limits. The CEO can login from his/her mobile and approve the purchase order. He can also check the production status and payment receivables from the mobile.

ERP is flooded with all the information in the organisation. The Business Intelligence in KKE Manage helps to provide only information which would be important to decision maker.

User Dashboard

Dashboard is the first screen when a user logs into the ERP. It can contain summaries of all the information as per the role center of the user. The dashboard in configurable and each every user can customise it as per his wish and will.

KKE Manage being a Web based software, only software which needs to be installed on the client computers is a Web browser. Any modifications required in the software are implemented on the server. Browser being the most used software of the todays world, its easier for users to get used to KKE Manage.
